At Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese we make a variety of European-style cheeses from local milk. Our cheeses are made by hand in small batches. We also make a range of biodynamic cheeses using jersey milk. Come and sample our creamy brie and camembert style cheeses, feisty blue veins and our unique semi-hard style cheese.
