Peter and Tracie Young are the proprietors of Silver Spoon Estate, situated on  the sought-after eastern slopes of the Mt Camel range, in the heart of Cambrian soil territory. This weekend will  showcase our first release of 2009 Shiraz and 2010 Shiraz. We will also have Cambrian rocks and soil on display at our stand from our property. We will love to share with you our philosophy on winegrowing and wine making techniques.
