Since 2004, Don Lewis and Narelle King have been making wine in Priorat, Spain, sparking their interested in European varietals. With a portfolio including Pinot Grigio, Tempranillo, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo produced from fruit grown in Heathcote, Alpine Valleys and Strathbogie Ranges, extending to a special red blend ‘Miro’ made in Priorat, Tar & Roses reflects the partnership of Don and Narelle, the multi-regions of Spain, Italy and Australia, and traditional winemaking alongside the new.
