Dead Horse Hill vineyard was established in 1994 and is part of a family owned sheep property at Toolleen. Four hectares of low yielding shiraz vines are grown without irrigation on red soils adjacent to the Mt Camel Range. The Dead Horse Hill shiraz is a medium bodied style wine with good palate length, peppery characters and lifted aromatic qualities.
