Winegrowers from the southern part of the famous Heathcote Wine Region will feature at the Winter Wine and Dine in Redesdale over the Queen's Birthday weekend.
It will be a celebration of winter featuring local producers, fabulous food and wine, open fires and great music.
Redesdale and surrounding areas offer some of the best and most awarded olive and grape growing areas in Central Victoria and scattered amongst these are some of the finest beef and lamb producers, local rabbit, walnuts, chocolates, apples, homemade icecream, puddings, preserves and some spectacular cheeses.
Tastings and sales of wines, cheeses, olives and new season olive oils, walnuts, ice creams, chocolates, puddings and preserves are on offer at the Redesdale Hall.
The historic Redesdale Hotel will be a hub of activity with lunches and dinners featuring local produce with each course matched to local wines and available all weekend.
Live music will entertain, bocce games on the bocce court, open fires and lots of other things for young and old to do.
