For three generations the Shelmerdine family has been among Victoria’s most prominent grape growers. With two vineyards in Heathcote we offer a variety of wine styles. Wines on tasting include Riesling, Viogner, Chardonnay, Grenache Rosé (dry), Nebbiolo, Syrah Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and of course Shiraz.

Our Merindoc Cellar Door & Bistro is the ideal place to discover the balance and elegance of our wines. Let our experienced and friendly staff guide you through an educational tasting experience. The Merindoc property is also a working farm running sheep and cattle and there is a large kitchen garden adjacent to Cellar Door. Our Bistro menu is seasonally inspired and uses our own beef, lamb and garden produce.
