The Hanging Rock Winery was established by the Ellis family in 1983 and is located in the Macedon Ranges Wine Region. We started out as contemporary pioneers of Australian high end sparkling wine and Heathcote Shiraz. The next generation have taken over now and you will have to see for yourself what exciting things we’re up to!
