Mundy Gully Wines was born out of a passion for Heathcote Shiraz. This passion (turned obsession) saw the establishment of a vineyard at Tooborac, a small town 15km’s south of Heathcote.
Our single mined focus is to make a high quality Shiraz through careful nurturing of the vines and traditional hand crafted wine making techniques that allow the natural characteristics of the region to shine.
