Paul Osicka Wines

Established in 1955, Paul Osicka Wines is a small family owned winery run by second and third generation vigneron's (in Australia) Paul and Simon Osicka. Wines are grown, made and bottled at the estate from the mature dry grown vineyard.

Peregrine Ridge

Boutique winery specialising in handcrafted Shiraz and Sparkling Shiraz. The vineyard is perched high on the east side of the Mt Camel Range, on deep Cambrian soils, which allows our fruit to achieve optimum flavour ripeness. We only use estate grown fruit and our wines are made on site.

Red Edge

Overlooking the township of Heathcote, Red Edge makes distinctive individual vineyard wines from its 14 hectare, dry grown vineyard including the original 1971 block. Nurtured, hand made and sold by owner and terroirist Peter Dredge for more than 20 years. Cellar door and club member functions throughout the year.

Sanguine Estate

Sanguine Estate is located on the famous Cambrian fault line just 8km (approx. 9mins drive) from the Heathcote township. Upon arriving at the RED 5 star James Halliday rated winery, you’ll be greeted by one of the Hunter family and can enjoy tastings of their highly awarded wines within the winery or on the terrace overlooking their beautiful property.

She Oak Hill Vineyard

Family owned and run since 1975, She-Oak Hill Vineyard produces premium award winning wine from Shiraz and Chardonnay grapes grown on a single five hectare vineyard situated on She Oak Hill in the heart of the Heathcote Wine Region.

Shiraz Republic

The Shiraz Republic overlooks a gorgeous 25-acre Shiraz vineyard and is home to our very own craft brewery, Cornella Real. Drop in for a vertical tasting of our Shiraz wines or a tasting paddle of craft beer and relax with our BBQ & picnic facilities.

Silver Spoon Estate

Boutique family owned/operated Cellar Door, winery and vineyards. Specialising in Shiraz, Grenache, Tempranillo, Mourvèdre, Viognier, red blends and dessert wines, with beautiful vistas and walking tracks around our 250 acre property.

St Michael's Vineyard

Established by Mick Cann in 1994 on the East face of the Mt Camel Range. The aspect together with the Cambrian soil produces first class fruit with outstanding balance and colour. Small producer of true Heathcote wines in a full bodied style. Production is small, sometimes as little as 30 cases of a wine.

Syrahmi

Chef-turned-sommelier-turned-winemaker Adam Foster has carved out a significant identity for himself, both making Rhône-inspired reds under his Syrahmi imprint and other varieties under The Garden of Earthly Delights label.

Based in Central Victoria and sourcing our red fruit from the world famous Heathcote region our aim is to create distinctly varietal, regional wines with a European slant.
